欧洲老客户说，他们真的不喜欢这些表达！

一个合作多年的欧洲老客户跟我聊天，说他们其实很反感这几句表达。
1⃣️ Do you understand?
可以替换成：
Am I making sense to you?
Does it make sense?
Do you know what I mean?
Do you follow?
Do you read me?
这样的说法，会婉转而有礼貌很多。
2⃣️ I know
可以说：
I see.
I understand.
3⃣️ I have no time.
你可以说：
I'd love to, but I can't.
I can't make it at that time.
I wish I could but……
4⃣️to be honest
想想看这句话你是不是经常说：“To be honest，这是我们的低价了。”
类似这样讨人厌的句子还有：“to tell you the truth”“Don't take this the wrong way”等。
5⃣️ What did you say？
可以换个说法：
Excuse me?
Pardon please.
Sorry, I didn’t catch that. Can you say it again?
Say that again? （熟人可用）
6⃣️ whatever
你可以换成：
Whatever's cool.（随便什么都好）
Either is fine.
